Onboarding Delays: The onboarding process needed streamlining to reduce the time it took for customers to start using the service.
User Preferences: Flexibility and simplicity were key drivers for users, who wanted an intuitive experience that allowed them to switch devices seamlessly.
We identified two main user groups:
Personal Users needed a simple interface to manage virtual phone numbers, make calls, and handle personal communication effortlessly.
Business Users required a robust system to generate and manage business phone numbers, communicate with clients, and integrate with business tools.
